We care about fuss free booking and pawsome ways to communicate with you whilst your dog is in our care.
That's why we've developed a booking pawtal and app which takes care of all of this for you.
With our booking pawtal:

Register your dog or puppy for any of our Daycare services and add all the important information such as emergency contacts, vet information, vaccinations, likes and dislikes all in one place. You'll even get reminders about your dogs jabs!

Make doggy or puppy Daycare and training class bookings and manage existing bookings

Once you have registered your dog on the pawtal and booked your first session, its time to download the Collar app. The app is the ultimate in quick and easy booking, with your dog profile set up you can:

Stay in touch with the PL team, with a quick and easy chat function

Make or amend bookings

Get your dogs report at the end of each day with us. We will keep you updated on your dogs adventures throughout the day, share photos and send you daily reports on who your dog snuggled up with, what games they loved, what they found fascinating on their countryside walk

​​Step 1 – Book Online
Use the Pawtal to complete your dog profile which provides us with all of the relevant information about you and your dog. Simply pick the service you want, fill in the details and agree to our terms and conditions.

​Step 2 – Check your email or the Collar app for a message from us
​
If this is your first time booking with us, one of our dedicated, dog-loving team will then be in touch with you to progress your booking, get to know you and your dog a little better and discuss your doggy day care needs and options.

Step 3 – Booking confirmed
​

Once your booking is confirmed, we will process your payment. Payments for doggy Daycare services are taken on the Sunday evening before the week begins, preschool and intro to Daycare included.

If you haven't already, this is the time to download the Collar app, where you can manage your day care services and get ready to see photos of your dog’s adventures each day​
Step 4 - Onboarding

If your dog is ready for doggy or puppy Daycare, or a trial session, we will carefully monitor your dog on their first day, as we will continue to do so everyday.

Monitoring and the introduction of new dogs to the existing group is vital to avoid stress. All new dog integrations will be handled by a trained team member only.​​

All new doggy members will be onsite for an initial assessment to make sure the dog is socialised and friendly already
Once you and your dog are fully registered for Daycare, repeat bookings will be as simple as choosing your preferred day and booking, as your pet profile will be set up and complete.​

Important Update on Booking and Pricing Changes from April 2025
As many of you are aware, the National Minimum Wage (NMW) will increase in April 2025, which, like many small businesses, is putting additional pressure on our costs. We’re seeing rising expenses across the board from rent, utilities, and staff wages, to even the little things like the Collar booking platform that we use.
We’ve been working hard to find ways to cut costs and pass those savings on to you, our loyal customers. After much consideration, we've made the decision to offer an alternative booking method other than Collar. While we love the convenience Collar provides, we don't want to stop using it completely, however, we do want to offer a system that cuts out collar fees while still offering the convenience of Collar, giving you, the customer the choice on the method of booking, the method of booking and the revised prices are below.
Here’s what you can expect going forward:
We’ll be offering two types of pricing:

Monthly Bookings – This option will be the most cost-effective and will avoid the Collar fees.

Ad-Hoc Bookings – For those who prefer to book on a more flexible, occasional basis through Collar.
Pricing Breakdown:
Booked Monthly (Outside of Collar):

Full Day: £28.50 (only a £0.50 increase)
-
Half Day: £17.00 (a £1 increase)
Booked Ad-Hoc (Via Collar):
-
Full Day: £29.50
-
Half Day: £18.00
While collar will still be available until the end of May, The higher prices for ad-hoc bookings will help cover the cost of Collar fees, which will ultimately help us maintain the quality of care you and your dog expect.
We hope that many of you will support us by booking block dates/days in the month at the same time. we are currently seeing an uplift in volume and we don't want people to be disappointed if they cant book the day they need.
How to Book with the New Monthly System:
Booking for the new monthly system will be simple (we hope!). To take advantage of the lower monthly rates, please send us an email at pawsitive.life@outlook.com with your booking details for the upcoming month.
Here’s an example of what your email might look like:
Subject: Monthly Booking for "pets name" April 2025
"Hello PL team,
Please may I book my dog, Bob, for the following days in April:

Monday 7th: Full Day, Field Walk

Wednesday 9th: Full Day, No Field Walk

Tuesday 22nd: Full Day, Field Walk

Many thanks."
If you do the same day every week, we are more than happy with "every Tuesday this month" for example
Once we receive your email, we’ll send you an invoice. After payment is made, we will confirm your booking.
You can also book for more than just the next month, and we’ll send you invoices at the start of each month.
Please note:

All current bookings will be honoured at the price agreed upon (as of March 10, 2025).

New bookings made for April 7th onward will be subject to the revised pricing.
Criteria for Monthly Bookings:
To qualify for the discounted monthly pricing, we ask that you meet the following criteria:

Book at least once a week, or an equivalent number of days. This helps us plan better for our team and ensures that your booking is viable for us.

Payments for monthly bookings must be made before the 5th of each month or before your first booking of that month.

Any days not used within the month will not roll over to the next. If you need to rearrange, we’re happy to work with you as long as we receive 48 hours' notice.
We hope that you understand these changes and appreciate that we are doing everything we can to keep costs down for both you and us. We truly value your business and your understanding as we navigate these challenging times.
